The home at 30 Casuarina Drive was designed as a contemporary Palm Springs inspired residence, built around relaxed indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.

The design centres on open-plan living spaces that flow seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining areas and swimming pool, creating a home that embraces light, space, and the Tasmanian landscape.

A defining feature of the project was the use of eco-friendly brick construction, combining durability with sustainable building principles.

One of the key challenges during construction was significant rock blasting, required to prepare the site for the foundations and pool area. Careful planning and engineering ensured the work could proceed safely while maintaining the design intent.
